So Who's Actually Behind This?
If we've never met before, my name is Shawn Byfield and I'm glad you see value in this. Forty years on stages as a performer and speaker, a choreographer, and a national competition adjudicator, judging and coaching nationwide for over thirty of those years. I'm a confidence coach, a certified public speaker, and a Certified Leadership Coach through Maxwell Leadership.
I believe a strong mindset always starts from the top down! I build performers with stronger self esteem and confidence, on and off the stage. Everything in The Confidence Vault comes from that belief and forty years of real experience.
Before any of this, I spent twenty years running my own studio, leading a staff of nine coaches through the exact confidence problems you're dealing with right now, in real time, not from a textbook. I also spent ten years building and leading sales teams up to twenty seven people, learning first-hand what actually holds a team together when the pressure is real.
Every idea inside The Confidence Vault was tested on a real staff, in a real studio, long before it ever became a system.
